About Raluca Benchea

I obtained my bachelor’s (2006-2010) and master’s degrees (2010-2012) at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering, at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy “Gigore T. Popa” Iasi. In September 2012 I started my PhD studies at the Faculty of Faculty of Chemical Engineering and Environmental Protection, at the Gheorghe Asachi” Technical University and in July 2016 I have obtained my PhD Title. During my education and training I have had the opportunity of participating at real interesting courses, to incorporate in certain extracurricular activities (such as scientific activities, student training and counseling) and to experiment twice the Erasmus program opportunities. Since September 2015 I have entered in an entirely new domain: IT administration and Support Troubleshooting for English and French costumers. During my activity at SCC (plus the current job) I have successfully learned to structure all the given information, sort the priorities and adapt to each new situation (given by the costumers). Also, recently, I have had the opportunity of following a web design course which has successfully introduced me into the IT Software domain. I have continued with the career in the IT Software domain and I had the opportunity to become a Customer Success agent at Intelligent Bee Company. A few months after I started this new position I became a Technical Lead for a 5 member Team. I had the opportunity to select CVs, conduct technical interviews and recommend to hire new members. I believe that a leader is the one that can make you an awesome team where you can feel confident and work to deliver high quality results. The TL role included also team management as well as to discover bugs and their root cause for different software integrations.
