As a seasoned professional with a diverse background in technical support, client service, and project management, I have consistently demonstrated my ability to excel in various roles and industries. Currently, I am a Senior Technical Support Engineer (SEE) in Partner Support Delivery – Transact, where I was promoted from a support engineer role. My journey in this field has equipped me with extensive experience in providing advanced technical support, managing cases, and collaborating with partners to ensure their success. From May 2020 to December 2023, I worked as a Support Engineer for CSP channel partners, where I honed my skills in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. Prior to that, I served as a Support Engineer and Partner Technical Advisor for Windows User Experience Premier EMEA, where I facilitated the daily activities of partner engineers by connecting them with senior engineers and assisting with administrative tasks. My career began at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Client Service Analyst, supporting the German sales team by handling requests, managing cases in Sales Force, and maintaining effective communication with the Back-office team. I also have experience as an International Accounts Advisor at VSS Romania (Vodafone), where I processed documents in German and managed contract terminations. My project management skills have been a key asset throughout my career, enabling me to oversee projects from inception to completion, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure that all objectives are met on time and within budget. I have a proven track record of analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identifying areas for improvement, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. My educational background includes advanced studies in Structural Engineering and Economic Engineering in Constructions from the Tech University of Civil Engineering Bucharest. I am fluent in Romanian and English, with intermediate proficiency in German. My multilingual abilities and diverse skill set enable me to thrive in dynamic and challenging environments.
