Thanks for stopping by, My name is Raluca Ene - I'm an active Human Resources leader with hands-on experience in developing programs to support organizational goals. With a strong technological skill set and experience in process improvement, I work alongside senior leadership to create effective and efficient operating conditions. On an everyday basis I've been responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic HR programs/software and policies for leaders, associates and the overall company. I deal with, succession planning, compensation and benefits, attraction and retention, staffing, workforce planning, labour and employee relations. I love bringing smart, driven people together who can set smart goals, are hungry with passion and have a ton of determination. I’m truly passionate about the business world and always eager to connect with others. I enjoy all aspects of HR, but my favorite part of it all is working with employees, future clients or business leaders to understand their objectives and how they see themselves contributing their strengths in getting the job done in respects to a specific organization. Going through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always a great lead to unimaginable success. I constantly look to see what a Business Frame holds and why one thought to have that framed. I have a solid work ethic, desire to excel and strong analytical skills.
