Am o experienta de predare a limbii engleze catre adulti de aproape 20 de ani dintre care aproape 17 au fost petrecuti la International House Bucharest. Am intrat in aceasta organizatie pe pozitia de Junior Teacher ajungand in cativa ani la nivelul de Senior Teacher and Mentor. In aceasta ascensiune am obtinut calificarea internationala IHC - International House Certificate-( similar CELTA), Teacher Training Course si am participat la sute de sesiuni de training intern si extern atat ca profesor cat si ca mentor. Urmatorul pas a fost un mix intre predare si pozitia de Manager de proiect, iar la inceputul anului trecut am obtinut o promovare pe pozitia de Manager Educational. Prin acest rol sunt implicata in toate procesele din organizatie si lucrez in stransa legatura cu toate celelalte departamente pentru a dezvolta cea mai buna strategie de functionare a organizatiei.
