About Rama Rizki

Rama is a Director in the Technology Strategy and Architecture practice for Deloitte SEA region. He has over 15 years experiences in Information Technology, focusing on telecommunication industry under consulting firm (Deloitte Consulting & Accenture) and end-user development team (XL Axiata). His past experience including business process review, functional design review, test designer, problem support and project management in system implementation for Business Support Systems (CRM, Order Management, Billing, Inventory and Provisioning Systems), Cloud Migration, BI and Campaign management system. His other experiences including development IT strategy / Master Plan, Cloud Migration Assessment & Business Case development, project management for shared service center and principal consultant and SME for Omni-channel capability enablement for telecommunication company, product review for one of the largest bank in Indonesia, and solution assessment, project management for IFRS15 standard adoption for telco industry, strategic PMO & technology architect for state-owned institution in Indonesia. All his past projects provide opportunity to gain the insight from both Business and IT side and handle end-to-end IT Project which involving various stakeholders, work across SEA and engaged with various people and culture throughout Asia & Europe
