I am a Senior Marketing Professional with 30+ years of experience across multiple functions in Spare Parts domain.I have been heading the After Market function of LMW Textile Machinery Division for 30 months, in providing cutting edge solutions in B2B Business, Topline (400 Crs) & Bottom line through Parts Sales, Augmenting Supply Chain capacities, Digital Marketing, Channel Training, Product Promotions, Key Account Management and Training & Development.Prior to this, i had a long stint with Ashok Leyland in Parts Division and played Key role in Parts Business by heading South Zone Parts and was responsible for 300 Crs of business and managed a team of 100 Executives. During this period, i was responsible for increasing our penetration in Retail and Workshop business as well as Institutional supplies. I had extensively worked on enhancing the brand reach through "ALRPS Network"( 100+ exclusive AL Parts retail outlets) and also enhancing the overall reach through Distribution network, Retail network as well as AL recognized garages (eMITR) targeting nearly Customers. I have extensively worked on Strategic Business initiatives such as SPARK which has resulted in phenomenal business growth. I also have strong Supply Chain exposure in managing Warehouses through 3PL, Logistics, Infrastructure Planning, Branding & Packaging. During my stint as head of Supply chain, had rolled out the consolidation exercise of Warehouses as well as setting up Greenfield Warehouse at Alwar. I have briefly worked on International Parts Business and had focused on SAARC & Middle East countries and registered a significant growth of 45%. On Special Projects, i was heading as "Business Process lead" in implementation of SAP in Parts Business, and had extensively worked from AS IS Process mapping to TO BE process restructuring, and UAT to roll out. Post roll out, i had also worked on critical Dashboards through Tableau as well as Mobile App roll out. I was also responsible for rolling out the game changing "LEYKART" mobile app for customers.As a recognition to my strategic working, i also had the distinction of getting positioned as "Executive Assistant to Managing Director" on special assignment.
