About Ramakrishna Rayappa

A former boss once sent me an Albert Einstein quote in which he described himself as “passionately curious”. He then told me my thirst for knowledge and desire to research everything reminded him of this. Hi! I’m Ramakrishna and I am passionately curious. When I was in college, I would do odd jobs to pad my hobbies. During these jobs, I encountered so many people who told stories of themselves or someone they knew. This developed a curiosity in me to know people and their patterns of thinking more closely. Over time, experiences helped me adopt my love to dig into customer, people & process problems and solve them through innovative approaches and solutions. With all that I have done over the last 13 years, I realize building HR processes and teams ground-up, cross-functional collaboration and relationship building have become my very nature. I’m now a professional well-versed in HR Ops Set-up & Delivery, HR Process Design & Reengineering, Building Winning Teams, HR Solutions & Transitions, Project Management and HRMS systems implementations. My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself: I can successfully create, scale and optimize HR Processes and Teams- I put employees at the heart of everything that I do- I excel at the execution of big and small ideas with given constraints- My gut instinct is good, but I seek data for my decisions. I can align, lead and grow world-class HR Ops Teams- I love to win, but helping the team win gives me greater joy- I tell great narratives and motivate- The buck always stops at me. I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person- I stay calm when faced with adversity- I am constantly learning because I never settle- I focus on making high-quality decisions. So, now, in this industry, this passion remains with me. There's certainly yet more to learn, yet more problems to solve, yet more to build. And for this, I am very grateful!
