An adept multi-tasker, who is able to combine the ability to lead and motivate the team with an enthusiastic and can-do approach. • An mechanical engineer having more than 30 years of professional experience in Continuous Process Industries in Project management, Heading Complex, Large and Numerous projects. • Well organized and has a passionate desire to excel against demanding expectations from the top management and is more than willing to take charge of the end-to-end delivery of the project lifecycle. • Exceptional understanding of Project concept, engineering methodology, fabrication procedures, International standards, safety culture and experienced to work with multi-cultural, multi-nationalities & multi-functional environments. • Having clear understanding on several Project execution models such as EPC Lumpsum, EPCm, Reimbursable, Open Book, Own execution and combination of all in a Brown field and Green field manufacturing units. • Successfully executed an expansion Project of USD 150 million investment in year 2014 As PROJECT HEAD to install Fifth Fibre Production Line along with Wet Gas Sulphuric Acid Plant, WWTP, WTP & other Utilities. This project was executed in 22 months which is two months ahead of schedule with ZERO Accident in Indonesia. • As PROJECT ENGINEERING DIRECTOR, successfully completed a major investment Project of USD 160 million in Nov '2023 to transform the existing manufacturing unit from Commodity Fiber producer to Specialty Fiber. This investment is majorly focusing to reduce the Site Sulphur Emission Level along with expansion of WWTP, Specialty Fibre Line Conversion and the site got qualified for ECO Label (ECOVERO) from EU.
