I am a Relationship Manager (Working Capital) at HDFC Bank, where I manage and enhance the bank's connections with corporate clients, especially in the area of working capital financing. With the help of my internal team, I collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, assess their cash flow cycles, and provide the best facilities by analyzing and monitoring credit risk for effective service delivery. I have successfully handled multiple accounts and increased client satisfaction and retention rates. I am also a management scholar at the ICFAI Business School Jaipur, pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing. I am passionate about Marketing and Finance, and fascinated by how technology has aided in the boom of these sectors. I have gained valuable experience as a Marketing and HR intern at Grow4sure, where I learned about digital marketing, marketing strategies, business development, client management, social media management, and lead generation. I am highly inclined and motivated to contribute to any organization that I am associated with, using my skills and knowledge in these fields.
