As the Managing Director of FORMULA GROUP, a leading Relocation & Corporate Services company in India, I have over 20 years of experience in the service industry, with a focus on Expat Mobility Management. I have successfully developed and implemented a Single Window Service Model that offers a comprehensive range of solutions for expatriates and multinational corporations in India, including destination services, immigration services, culture training, furniture rentals, fleet management, corporate travel management, serviced apartments, and recruitment services. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a keen understanding of customer needs, I have led the growth and expansion of FORMULA GROUP across India, with more than 600 employees and 12 offices. I have also established a reputation for quality, innovation, and excellence in the industry, by delivering customized and cost-effective services that meet the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
