With a strong foundation in Civil Engineering (BEng) and a postgraduate diploma in Business Management, I bring a diverse skill set and experience spanning multiple sectors, including construction, precast engineering, banking, and customer service.My career began as a Junior Civil Engineer at Sai Construction (2015-2018), where I contributed to infrastructure projects. I then advanced to a Civil Engineer role at Imagination to Realty (2019-2021), where I was involved in both design and execution phases of projects. Seeking to expand my technical expertise, I transitioned into a Civil Drafter position at Melior Structure Solutions (2021-2022), specializing in precast systems.In 2024, I pivoted towards the financial industry, completing the IFIC exam for Personal Banker, and gaining experience as a Customer Service Representative in the banking sector from February to September. Currently, I’m leveraging my customer service skills as a CSR at Waste Connections of Canada, where I assist with operational processes and customer engagement.A blend of engineering knowledge and management expertise allows me to approach challenges strategically, while my customer-centric approach ensures successful client and stakeholder relationships. I am passionate about continuous learning and adapting to new challenges, always striving to enhance both individual and team performance.
