Knowledge of Utility equipment like-Air Compressor, Cooling tower. Operation & maintenance of Plant Fire System. All machine overhauling done as per procedure. New project and new line setup as per need. 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, OPL(one point instruction), etc. Documentation & maintaining of ISO & IATF, Breakdown Analysis, Inventory Management, etc. Documentation & maintaining of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Breakdown reports, Machine History card, MTTR & MTBF. Handle Spare & Inventory Control of normal and critical part.
