About Ramazan Dicle

As a Service as Action Coordinator, Community Project Coordinator, Educational Pathways and Transitions Coordinator, and Educational Platform Administration at the International School of Hellerup (ISH), I apply my extensive knowledge and experience in language learning and teaching to promote international-mindedness, intercultural competence, and social responsibility among students. With over 11 years of experience in the field, I hold an M.A in General Linguistics, an English Language Teaching Certificate, and a Danish Language (PD3) certification, as well as two courses from Harvard Graduate School of Education on Teaching for Understanding and Universal Design for Learning. I work as a member of IBEN (International Baccalaureate Educators Network) where I work as Workshop Leader and School Visit Team Member. In my multifaceted role, I oversee and support the implementation of the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (MYP), ensuring alignment with IB standards, assessment practices, and professional development. I also facilitate meaningful service projects that contribute to students' personal and academic growth, as well as their community engagement. Furthermore, I assist students in navigating their educational and career paths, providing guidance on course selection, college applications, and scholarship opportunities. Additionally, I manage the educational platform of the school, ensuring its functionality and accessibility for students, teachers, and parents. I am passionate about enhancing the quality and impact of education, and empowering students to become active and compassionate learners.
