With more than 15 years of industrial experience in Genetic Toxicology, I have managed several Mammalian and Bacterial studies sponsored by Contract Research Organizations (CROs), Pharmaceutical, and Medical Devices companies around the world. Most of these studies were conducted under OECD-GLP guidelines for submission to national and international regulatory agencies, including Health Canada, U.S. FDA, EMA, and the Korean Regulatory Agency. I possess extensive experience and knowledge in the standard battery of genotoxicity tests (ICH S2-R1 and OECD), such as the Ames test, Micronucleus assay using Flow-cytometry, Chromosomal Aberration assay, Comet assay, Pig-a Mutation assay, Mouse Lymphoma assay (MLA), and more. Additionally, I have a strong track record in developing and validating new Genetic Toxicology methods and handling GLP, GMP, and SCC Audits/Inspections.
