I am a Registered Social Worker committed to bettering mental health, social justice, and community well-being. My clinical focus varies from helping individuals manage emotion regulation, interpersonal connection and family dynamics to working with clients living with SPMI, personality disorders, and members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
