About Rameel Khan

I have extensive experience working on Dynamics CE & Power Platform Applications, which includes PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Pages (formerly PowerApps Portals) with handful experience on Microsoft CRM on-premise systems as well. My work has encompassed various modules of D365 CE such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Project for the Web, and Field Service (with and without RSO). I've effectively operated as a Team Lead since 2021, with my official designation in this capacity formalized in 2023. Alongside my core technical development responsibilities, my role has expanded to encompass solution design, efforts estimation, project task breakdown, coordination with team members, and more. I've taken on the role of Technical Lead in various CRM implementation projects, achieving significant milestones with few notable ones being: 1) A fully functional Power Pages based Portal for various e-Services of Ministry of Transport, Qatar 2) Complaint Management System in D365 CRM for Ministry of Labour, Qatar 3) Successfully led the migration from CRM 2013 On-Premises to D365 CE Online for Qatar Financial Centre 4) Power Pages based Tawteen Portal for Ministry of Labour, Qatar 5) Power Pages based Deductions Management Portal for Supreme Judiciary Council, Qatar 6) Crafted a tailored CRM solution for Lesha Bank in Qatar I specialize in Dynamics CE requirement analysis, solution architecting, solution envisioning and design, development, different 3rd Party Systems Integration with Dynamics CE environments, development effort estimations (WBS), project tasking and co-ordination with BA and Technical Team. I've additionally established external identity provider and Payment Integration in conjunction with Power Pages. I also have experience in working on Azure Resources (Synapse Analytics, ADF, Databricks). Outside my primary role in CRM development, I hold a strong interest in Data Science and hold an M.Tech. degree in Data Science & Engineering.
