About Ramesh Bangera

Ramesh Bangera is a distinguished professional with over 35 years of experience, currently serving as the Chairperson of Nexdigm. In his role, Ramesh provides leadership and guidance in developing strategy, and upholds a governance model based on human values as Nexdigm grows towards becoming an employer of choice with a continued focus on business growth. Ramesh’s career trajectory has been both diverse and impactful. After completing his Chartered Accountancy in 1987, he began his journey with A. F. Fergusson & Co. as an Assistant Manager and later moved to a mid-sized professional services firm, where he quickly rose to become one of the youngest partners within a year. This set the foundation for his phenomenal contributions to the firm for the coming decades. Ramesh embraced the founder’s vision, recognizing that the organization's growth would be driven by empowering its people. As his career progressed, he served as the worldwide CEO for KGK Jewellery and as a Director at Ernst & Young. He later ventured into entrepreneurship, establishing a series of his own successful businesses. With a strong background in professional services, Ramesh joined Nexdigm in 2011, offering invaluable guidance in an independent advisory capacity. Subsequently, he was appointed as a Member of the Board of Nexdigm in 2020, where he continued to provide strategic insights and leverage his expertise and leadership. Ramesh is a recipient of the Sir Shapoorji Billimoria Prize for the best paper in Advanced Accountancy and Financial Management. He holds the All India 11th rank in his CA Finals and the All India 8th rank in his CS Inter and has obtained an LLB degree from Mumbai University.
