As a keen strategic level HR professional, I have a successful track record of 18+ years of experience in in driving organization efficiencies and priorities; revitalized the HR Department; drove major strategic changes in a short time frame. My ability to integrate workforce management engaged in strategic & operational management, workforce planning, talent acquisition/leadership hiring, onboarding, and skill management including up –skill & Cross –skill upgradations. Merit of gaining the Green Field exposure at JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd, for re-engineering HR processes & policies of HR & Admin Department and executed from plant project stage to operational stage. Known among my peers as a truly passionate person, who is hands-on when it comes to smart and hard work. My ability to communicate well with people across all levels coupled with energy and enthusiasm lends me to be flexible and take command of any situation. By instituting all my innate traits, I have accomplished a career track of growing the process. Presently enjoying the experience of working with teams in managing talent management across organization in line with business strategy.
