About Ramesh Kumar Thangaraj

My first step into the corporate world 2007, fresh out of studies, with no experience and a lot to learn. I joined a recruitment consulting firm as a process trainee, eager to grow but unsure of what lay ahead. The initial days were tough; I struggled to understand the dynamics of corporate work process. But I refused to give up.Instead, I chose to see every challenge as an opportunity. I immersed myself in learning, soaking up knowledge like a sponge. My next move was to the UK Consulate (VFS), where I worked as a front end application process executive. I gained valuable insights into the travel process and interacted with people from diverse backgrounds, understanding their needs and aspirations.My journey then took me to an international property consulting company, where I broadened my operational knowledge across India. The engineering and manufacturing industry beckoned next, and I started with mid level administration roles, gradually absorbing industrial nuances and HSE safety protocols. I achieved a pan-India rank in NEBOSH and began coordinating with environmental health safety audits and risk matrix and corrective actions and EHS internal training and corporate HSE team interaction I have grown up fastly. The corporate real estate administration segment, involving market studies and close collaboration with developers, IPCs (International Property Consultants), and leadership teams in India.Throughout my journey, I've faced numerous challenges, but I've always chosen to see them as opportunities. Today, I stand proud of my accomplishments, including managing an 80k sq. ft. expansion and interior project / facility Management. Handling team of 25+ facility associates and across Tamil Nadu and Telangana. My story is a testament to the power of perseverance, learning, and critical decision-making.
