Over the years, I have built strong expertise in procurement, vendor development, cost optimization, and product innovation for industrial blasting and coating systems. My career has given me the opportunity to work with leading organizations in India and the GCC, where I have been deeply involved in developing shot blasting machines, airless shot peening systems, paint booth enclosures, abrasive recovery equipment, dust collection systems, and customized surface preparation solutions. Currently, I am working as Manager at Surface International, where I manage strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, and long-term vendor partnerships for high-value projects. My role involves balancing technical evaluation with commercial negotiation, ensuring that projects are executed on time with the right balance of quality, performance, and cost efficiency. I have also been directly involved in design discussions, layout planning, and technical validation of blasting and painting systems, which has helped me bridge the gap between engineering and procurement. Throughout my career, I have worked on challenging projects including large-size shot blasting systems, aircraft paint booths, automatic abrasive recovery systems, fusion-bonded epoxy coating plants, and customized peening equipment.
