Over 12 years of experience in HR Business Partnering and Center of Excellence (CoE) roles at Manufacturing plants, regional offices and Corporate office in a dynamic and fast moving environment. Highly efficient and well versed in all aspects of HR covering entire employee life cycle – Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Manpower Planning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Change Management, Industrial Relations and HR Operations. Had the privilege of being part of massive turnaround projects of people processes and systems that included transformation of overall HR, C&B and Talent strategy, organizational restructuring, massive manpower redeployment, productivity analysis etc. In this journey I have managed the Industrial Relations area in the hydrocarbon and polymer Plants for the longest time. This included the strategic initiatives like LTS discussions etc as well as the more routine activities. Along with routine HR Business Partnering where I help business flourish, I also like to tinker with data and come up with value adding solutions from a C&B perspective. This has helped business immensely in both BAU (business as usual) activities as well as massive turnaround initiatives. I have come up with unusual hacks to solve both usual as well as extraordinary problems as part of annual increment cycles, post merger integrations, business turnaround etc.
