Post Graduate in Commerce and a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. Certified Trainer from Indian Academy of Training and Development. Experience of more than 32 years in banking. Branch Head for more than 15 years. Have led large-size branches with total deposits of 800 – crores. The Key areas of focus were increasing the branch business and ensuring that the books of the branch were always in order, along with KYC & AML adherence to the norms of RBI. As a Cluster Head since 2017 had 17 branches reporting to me. All business and operational aspects of these branches were under my control. Earlier in my career set up and headed the first ATM Control Cell for Axis Bank in the year in Mumbai. Also, set up and headed the first Centralised Clearing Cell for Axis Bank in the year 2004. My vast experience in banking enables me to share relevant anecdotes, stories, and examples in the training sessions making it very impactful. Have closely seen the transformation of banking from Manual banking to modern-day Online/Digital Banking. Have been motivating bankers and various other professionals in their endeavors.
