This role involves meticulous analysis and optimization of group systems, ensuring robust service availability and security that align with strategic business goals. The experience at TMF Group honed my skills in delivery management, allowing us to achieve significant improvements in technical quality and application defect rates. It also facilitated the development of strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs were met with precision and professionalism. With ITIL certifications underpinning my approach, I strive for excellence in maintaining high technical standards while pushing for innovative solutions that drive client satisfaction and business growth.
