About Ramez Zalat

IN A FEW WORDS… Engineer and holder of an MBA degree, I have started working in the consulting industry upon my graduation from the Engineering school. This vast experience has allowed me to develop my ability to communicate with my clients, to understand the issues and the situations that are brought to my attention, and to recommend and implement the solutions that will properly address these issues. Since 1986, I have been working, as a consultant, in the field of corporate strategy, innovation, performance and process optimization, project management as well as integration of information technology. I have the opportunity to serve a wide variety of clientele, made essentially of large and medium size companies, in the manufacturing and service sectors, as well as in the public sector. I am also involved in teaching, lecturing on a regular basis at École Polytechnique de Montréal (from 1991 to 2005 and 2011 up to now) and at École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS, in 2009).
