10+ Year Experience in related Oil and Gas EPC project in various fields of technical & Project Managements- Focus on Project Completion and Delivery of assigned Scope of work within Planed schedule and assigned budget while maintain Quality & HSE performance & Standard- Managing continues change in nature of offshore projects especially during construction / installation phase- Participate in various project phases starting from concept, FEED, Constructability review, Planning, Project Startup, Budget Review, Cash flow management, fabrication And Offshore installation- Extensive knowledge and experience related to construction & Installation of Sub Sea structures,( infield, Trunk line to shore, Shore pull, Risers, etc.) optimization of pipeline route, crossings, platform approach, tie in spools, target laydown, area, expansion loops, installation, Jacket installation, topside fabrication/ interface, deck installation( lifting / Float over ), Pipe line pre-commissioning, Flooding/ Pigging/ Hydro testing. Cable Laying, Decommissioning and removal of offshore structures- Excellent and Firm Marine Knowledge in various types of offshore Marine Units Utilization and selection of appropriate marine units for intended SOW including RFQ, Quotation evaluation. And negotiation with subcontractors, Marine Providers- Participate in Technical / Commercial classification, Marine Contractor Audit & Pre-qualification, commercial Bids evaluation & subcontractor Management, Lead Risk Assessments / HAZID study for offshore / Marine project activities- Carry out inspection and approval for subject offshore units against OPCO marine standards,( Jack Up Barges, Drilling Rigs, DP Vessels, supply vessels, construction floating barges, crew boats, AHT’s, production utility boats, land crafts, cargo barges. etc.
