I am an experienced licensed Real estate realtor with many years of experience in the UAE market, driven from a senior business development consultant with Al-Jawad software developer in Dubai, after earlier different managerial roles with other companies. I have successfully developed my career, managed & grown existing accounts, developed social media marketing campaigns, built & grown partner networks, led educational training sessions related to marketing and entrepreneurship. My recent main role was to focus on the Off-Plan, providing my clients with an updated market analysis, advising investors with realistic numerical reports along with professional presentations and negotiations processes. In my previous career, my focus was on the ERP, CRM, Clouds, digital transformation, qualifications, and profiling. My clients have been in a broad range industry vertical including Real Estate, Manufacturing, Finance, the Public Sector, Healthcare, Education and others. My degree in accounting and my Masters’ Degree in Marketing & Management means that I understand the advanced process and aspects of the internal and external relationships, starting from the marketing department roles and needs, going through understanding the finance department reports, and ending with the sales department process to close the deals. As per my previous managerial role and position, I was the client at a point of time, while for the time being I became the seller and I understand properly the language that must be spoken to our clients. I am very comfortable working with clients at all levels of seniority, and possess excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. I’ve consistently over-achieved challenging targets in competitive markets throughout my career and I’m known as a proactive, positive, optimistic and sociable with great client relationship skills.
