I care about the health and wellbeing of everyone and strive to live what I believe. With a focus on heart health, breathing clean air, and proper nutrition and supplements, I can help everyone. I enjoy educating practitioners, patients and pretty much anyone about the great resources that are available. My own personal experience drives me forward. I have a family history of heart disease, mostly in males. So, I naturally thought like most people, being female I am safe. That just isn't so! About 2 years ago, I found out, I was in the same boat as some of my family members. I didn't want to be another statistic, so I sought the help of those that are experienced in reversal of early heart disease. It has been fun to watch the transformation of myself in the last 2 years. I have reversed many of the small issues that would have built up to larger one if they had gone untreated. I am happy to report that yes, heart disease can be reversed! I have also learned to breath, relax, and destress; all of which are important to optimal health. Now the passion to share this with others drives me each day. My desire to remain healthy and free of the bonds of heart disease, allergies, and illness helps me make simple decisions each day. Hopefully my brief story will help you or someone you love.
