I am an SAP SD Functional Consultant with over 4 years of experience, currently working at Uneecops Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. I specialize in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and ECC, with a focus on the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules, supporting end-to-end business processes across diverse industries. My expertise spans order-to-cash (OTC) processes, including sales order processing, pricing, delivery, billing, credit management, returns, and third-party sales. In the Customer Service domain, I have implemented and supported processes such as service orders, warranties, service contracts, AMC, repairs, and installations, ensuring seamless integration with logistics and finance modules. At Uneecops, I have played a key role in delivering implementation, rollout, and support projects, gathering business requirements, creating functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable, efficient SAP solutions. I also bring experience in working on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, including fit-to-standard analysis, SSCUIs, and cloud-specific constraints and configurations. I hold a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, and I’m passionate about continuous learning and process improvement.
