Based in Johor and covering Melaka and Negeri Sembilan, I lead initiatives that blend partnership management, sales enablement, and team empowerment across both Broadband and PayTV segments.My day can start with a regional sales meeting, shift into event partnership planning, continue with social media training for sales teams, and end with guiding the AEP and admin support team to streamline our customer service process.
