Hey, I’m Ramon, a Senior IT leader with over 23 years of experience delivering innovative technology solutions and driving operational excellence across diverse marketplace sectors. I’ve had the privilege of serving within great companies (and with even better people) at Lifetime, Mattel, and 20th Century Fox. Whether serving as a Senior Desktop Engineer, Client Services Manager, Director of Tech Services, or a hybrid of IT disciplines, I have a knack for fostering a positive and healthy workplace culture while helping bring out the best in each team member. I enjoy mentoring and investing in my teams and love celebrating the successful completion of milestones and goals that could only be accomplished together. For the past 13+ years, I’ve directed IT projects and teams in a law firm environment, specializing in endpoint management, desktop engineering, and firm-wide application strategies. While serving over 400 users across six sites, recent accomplishments include leading a $1.2M hardware refresh initiative and implementing a firm-wide conditional access policy that significantly strengthened security, improving operational efficiency, and optimizing endpoint management processes to reduce deployment times by 30%. When I’m not working, I’m passionate about my family. I’m a proud father of five girls and one son. I have three Grandchildren now (all under the age of two) who help bring joy to my life every day. In addition, I love to keep active whether it’s working out or enjoying a nice hike. I enjoy traveling and experiencing new places. I also enjoy playing and watching baseball. I’d love to connect.
