About Ramon Hernandez

I began to work with my father pouring cement starting in May 2015. It was mostly heavy labor work as I maintained a clean and safe work environment, set base with iron rebar, and clean up the site and tools. I left to work at Toys R Us on October 2016 for the season. At Toys R Us, I was in charge of the electronics section where I would assist customers, restock, maintained inventory, and assisted in other departments during staffing shortages. I left Toys R Us in April 2017 and later hired at GameStop in October 2017. I started as a Guest Advisor where I focused on customer service and being aware of all promotions. In January 2018, I was promoted to Senior Guest Advisor where I would supervise team members, organize, clean backroom and maintain stock, and assist team members during staffing shortages.
