A diverse and well-rounded individual that loves learning, teaching, and building programs that encourage growth and adding value to people. With 18 years of public education experience and several years of language expansion focus at the elementary level, thinking outside the box has become a norm. The continuance of education in areas that are useful to the current profession has allowed for ideas to develop with the collaboration of administrators, local college professors and students, community leaders, as well as colleagues and parents. The ability to multitask and balance several projects at once has provided many opportunities to handle stressful situations that have, in turn, resulted in positive professional experiences. Leadership roles have been present in a variety of ways: coaching, student clubs, scholarship committees, councils, boards, and currently as an assistant principal. Family, travel, and running are the interests that provide daily motivation and drive.
