Succesfully adapted to all the various groups in which I have worked and which has permitted me to develop during my professional career. • Management of the logistics to provide the cells necessary for pre-clinical animal studies: Design of cellular expansion processes, preparation of the shipments of the cells, in-situ preparation of the dose for administration. • Isolation, growth and maintenance of primary cell lines (stem cells, PBMC, etc). • Contributed to the pre-clinical development leading to clinical application. • Development innovative routes of administration in rats and mice: endoscopic and intra-lymphatic injection. Efficacy demonstrated in intralymphatic route. • Immunological studies with blood samples in different Cinical trials • Development of Use of techniques such as- Transfection and transduction of plasmids in eASC to obtain clones that allowed us to advance in the investigation of our cells- Analysis of the bioluminiscence of eASC in animal organs for studying the biodistribution- Analysis of traces of DMSO in the final product by HPLC, Trp/Kyn concentration in supernatants of Proliferation assays of PBMC by HPLC - Analysis of expression of c-myc in eASC by means of WB - Lymphosite Proliferation Assay: Analysis by FACS of PBMC proliferation in co-culture with eASC
