About Ramona Deak

Graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne (Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management), I have built my career around excellence, attention to detail and professionalism. From a very young age, I entered the professional world by working in my family’s hotel, where I learned to do everything: service, front desk, events, management and communication. This experience instilled in me strong values:" high standards, versatility and leadership" which I have continued to cultivate throughout my career. Over the years, I have evolved in various fields: hospitality, communication, events, watchmaking, real estate and construction. This diversity has given me a broad understanding of organizations, team dynamics and strong expertise in project management and coordination. At Orllati, I held the position of Communication Project Manager, where I contributed to the development of the group’s institutional, marketing and digital communication: creation of corporate materials, brochures and sponsorship initiatives. I also planned and managed major internal and external events (up to 2,500 participants), while overseeing logistics, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams. I thrive in dynamic, structured and collaborative environments, where every project is both a challenge and an opportunity to learn. My motivation: to organize with precision, build trust and create lasting value through teamwork. Today, I aim to continue growing in a project management position that combines operational coordination, strategic communication and team leadership, within a company that values excellence and a people-centered culture.
