My "Reason Why" is to create authentic connections and build lasting relationships because I don't like superficiality. I think human connection is a fundament to reach anything in life, especially in complex projects, trust and motivation is key. Several expert interviews and conversations with different stakeholders and experts in the smart factory and industry 4.0 context helped me gaining a holistic understanding of different pain points and most valuable use cases. I help people to find solutions rather than dwell on problems. Driven by passion, curiosity and enthusiasm, I set things and people in motion to foster growth. As a generalist or scanner personality, I know how to adapt in a fast moving, uncertain environment and quickly acquire new skills and apply new information in different contexts which allows me to apply my creativity and problem-solving skills. I love the variety of end-to-end expertise and competencies MaibornWolff offers that allows me to continuously learn and innovate. As a coach and yoga teacher I am convinced that we cannot solve with our mind what our body once felt and experienced. I am committed to helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and find balance between body and mind. My goal is to release stress, fear, tension, and blockages, allowing for a deeper sense of ease and joy. By addressing the experiences held within the body, I support people in rediscovering their natural ability to feel and live more fully. As a Karateka for more than 15 years, having reached the black belt (1st Dan), I appreciate the tradition of martial arts and moving my body, overcoming my fears and continuously improving physical condition, which includes agility, speed and resilience as well as my mindset and discipline. As an actress I pursue deep connections within myself, my colleagues and people watching my creations.I love to engage people emotionally by being authentic and step out of my comfort zone with every project.
