As a Technical System Analyst at Oneida Innovations Group, I provide IT services and help desk support to various clients, ensuring their systems run smoothly and securely. I also assist with offboarding processes, deleting accounts and data, and transferring equipment and licenses. I have a strong background in mechanics, as I served in the US Army for over four years, maintaining and repairing vehicles and equipment. I received multiple certifications and awards for my performance and leadership. I also completed an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Excelsior College, where I learned the fundamentals of programming, web development, and database management. I am passionate about helping people and solving problems, whether it is fixing a broken engine, troubleshooting a software issue, or supporting a customer's needs. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I adapt quickly to changing environments and challenges. My goal is to find a long-term career where I can apply my technical and interpersonal skills, and contribute to the success of a team and an organization.
