I am currently working as a Credit & Operations Manager reporting directly to the COO & CEO. I am responsible for overseeing the credit and loan operations of the company, ensuring compliance with external regulations and internal credit policies, identifying opportunities for growth and managing relationships with customers and partners. Prior to my current role, I worked as a mortgage & conveyancing paralegal where I was responsible for drafting legal documents and correspondence, conducting searches & enquiries, completing settlements via PEXA, and general administration duties. Working in a Law firm, I also gained exposure to corporate restructuring including the preparation of salient documents, such as share certificates, resolutions and company constitutions and general commercial litigation documents such as Deed of Settlement, Letter of Demand, Default Notice and Statement of Claim. Prior to working in my profession, I gained experience as a Waiter, Support Worker, Cleaner and Team Member which played a huge role in my ability to interact, build and foster positive relationships with others in both a personal and professional setting. I am currently in my fourth year of studies at Macquarie University, aiming to complete a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce by 2025. I am an active, enthusiastic person who enjoys being busy and engaged in all things life has to offer. I love the journey of learning and development, especially when surrounded by a team or organisation of engaged people.
