Background

About Ramya Iyer

At Kuehne+Nagel, my expertise in supply chain management (SCM) fortifies the backbone of outbound logistics, where efficiency and precision are paramount. My recent tenure as SCM Team Lead at MAERSK honed my customer service management skills, ensuring unparalleled satisfaction and service quality to our international clientele. With a Master's degree in International Business and over a decade of experience in the logistics industry, I have developed strong competencies in ocean transportation, logistics management and team leadership through various opportunities working at Wanhai Shipping Lines, FedEx, Maersk and Kuehne+Nagel. My role necessitates a strong command over team motivation and leadership, which I cultivated through leading a robust customer support team. With multilingual capabilities in English, Mandarin, Hindi and a little bit of Swedish, I navigate diverse markets and facilitate seamless communication, further enhancing Kuehne+Nagel's position in the competitive logistics landscape.
