Hi, I'm Ramya Sri, an Software Engineer turned HR by profession and from the heart.After graduating as a Computer Science Engineer from JNTU Kakinada, little did I know that I'll probably have a tough time as a so-called "Coder". It took me some time to realize that I love working on the culture and people because that's important for the success of any organization. At Capgemini, I started working Panel Spoc for Oracle & Testing slowly but steadily fell in love with one aspect of HR Domain - RMG. Eager to learn and gain expertise in other domains of HR, I joined in RMG Team.Working in Resource Management Team (HR). Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, People Management, Project Management, Support Management, Employee Relations, Tracking & utilizing the Resources.1. Fulfilment of all critical business requirements.2. Closely working with Directors on IJP & Tenure management.3. Efficiently and effectively mapping/assigning associates to open business requirements to fulfil more open positions internally.4. Preparing various reports for senior management to make various decisions related to bench management for optimal utilization management.5. Focusing on Headcount utilization/Revenue growth.6.
