Ran is a Behavior Influencer for the Midwest Central Region - Iowa. Prior to this Ran was a Business Development Consultant for Kansas & Iowa and a District Manager for Nebraska. He managed 6 branches, 87 team members, customer households, 234 million in loans, and 613 million in deposits. In 2004, he started working for Wells Fargo as a Teller in Austin, Texas. Within 10 years, Ran earned several promotions from Teller to Lead Teller, Personal Banker to Service Manager 1 and 2, and branch manager level 2 to 5. Prior to working for Wells Fargo, Ran worked 7 years in hospitality for Marriott and Four Seasons Hotels in Austin. In 2014, Ran earned a promotion to District Manager in Omaha, Nebraska. Two years prior to relocating to Nebraska, Ran also founded his own family business and is current President of Cinco Sentidos LLC, a full service Mexican Restaurant based out of Round Rock, Texas. Ran champions community involvement and team member engagement. In 2005, Ran co-founded the Wells Fargo Latin Connection Team Member Network Group (formerly known as Austin Amigos). He served and advised this TMN Group until 2009. His Omaha team volunteered more than 500 hours each year and more than 52% of his team members participated in local community events annually. Ran served as President and Chair of the Wells Fargo Omaha Volunteer Advisory Committee (2020) Ran has a Masters Degree (MPS) with emphasis in Business Administration from Bellevue University in Nebraska (2019). Ran earned his MBA from the University of Phoenix at Austin (2009). He also earned his BA in Literature and Business Foundations from the University of Texas at Austin (2003). Ran is trilingual and speaks English, Spanish, and Italian. Ran is a graduate of the Austin Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program (HAL 2011), the San Marcos Texas Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program (LSM 2013), and the Wells Fargo Southwest Region Accelerated Leaders Program (APL 2014). Ran served as President of MLCDC in Omaha, Nebraska 2016-2019. Ran is the executive advisor for the Wells Fargo Nebraska Latin Connection TMN.
