I have associated with ITC Limited, as Manager – Finance & Commercial. This role requires me to lead & supervise ensuring GST Compliance as one-time exercise for all existing vendors in the Vendor Master; Implementing GSTIN in invoice issued by the supplying vendors; monitor VAT Audit (Maharashtra) for Nic-Gum operations; evaluate all clearing activities pertaining to import of fixed assets and develop & maintain statutory books of accounts and reconciliation of financial statements. While my resume is attached for your perusal, a list of accomplishments indicative of my experience includes: • Automated the bill processing & accounting activity thereby saving the 20 mandays. • Engaged in the negotiation of terms for CAPEX procurement and saved INR 6-7 crores. • Successfully executed cost audit reports and VAT assessment with NIL tolerant. • Convergence of IFRS and Indian GAAP into InsAS, particularly make a crucial role in respect of Ins AS 16; 21 and 24 Product Costing & Cost Controll prepare budget and cash flow for opex and capex.
