I've gone through every roadblock you can imagine until I discovered my passion to be a manager. It took a huge effort to find what it takes to become one, and from that moment on, I took full control of and started to smith my own future. In my mid 20s, I realized I am missing professional knowledge, however, I've obtained several technical skills already. After turning 30 I stepped into the school again and started to improve my technical skills in programming. This led me to study BBA degree in Haaga-Helia UAS in Helsinki what enhanced my hunger for a higher level managerial role. Besides the professional skills mentioned below, I have worked hard to be a great team player in both domestic and intercultural teams. I have developed that skill for 8 years and on top of that for 4 years I've acquired the most valuable and hardest skill -> managing human resources.
