I lead a team of 250+ IT professionals, including Regional Supervisors, to drive operational excellence and implement high-impact IT solutions. In addition to my deep knowledge of VISTA ERP, I have hands-on experience with SQL, where I manage data retrieval, and modify stored procedures to support business needs and improve system performance. My role also involves providing critical infrastructure support at the Head Office, managing new project installations, and ensuring that all IT systems are aligned with the company's goals.
