About Rand Sanad

I am a dedicated Real Estate Management student pursuing an Honours degree at UBE University, where I am deepening my academic expertise in the built environment and the complexities of property markets. Alongside my studies, I am gaining hands-on professional experience as a Commercial Valuer Intern at Cavendish Maxwell, where I contribute to property valuations, market research, and real estate advisory projects with a focus on accuracy and insight. My current work is helping me develop practical skills in surveying, valuation methodologies, and real estate practice, while my academic programme reinforces this with rigorous theoretical foundations. I am passionate about delivering high-quality work in the real estate sector, continually growing my capabilities, and advancing my career by building strong analytical, research, and industry engagement skills.
