About Rand Whiteaker

With over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications/internet service providers industry, I am a passionate and driven sales leader who specializes in outside/inside plant fiber optic network solutions. I currently finished a 2 year project as the Northwestern Regional Sales Manager at TriWest Sales, a manufacturer’s representative company that covers 17 states from the Midwest to the Westcoast. My mission is to provide the best quality products and services to my customers, while building long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with them. I value integrity, professionalism, and teamwork, and I strive to bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the TriWest Sales team. In my role was managing the NW region of distributors and Tier 1,2,3 Telecom/ISP providers, and I am responsible for developing new solution opportunities, and executing sales campaigns, providing product specifications & pricing, and growing revenue and market share in the region. I leverage my extensive knowledge and experience in fiber optic network solutions, fiber architecture designs and splicing equipment, network GPON/ routing equipment to offer customized and innovative solutions for our customers. I also use my skills in sales processes, business development, and marketing to generate new relationships, expand existing accounts, and increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
