As an ESHS Officer at PHARO VENTURES, I prioritize workplace safety and environmental compliance on various construction projects. I conduct regular site inspections, investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective and preventive actions. I also provide management support to the project management office, arrange ESHS meetings, and document feedback and grievances. I have a Master's degree in Project Planning and Management from Amoud University, where I acquired the skills and knowledge to plan, execute, monitor, and control complex and large-scale projects. I have applied these skills in my previous roles as a Planning Engineer at DP World and a Civil/ESHS Supervision Engineer at CES Consulting Engineers Salzgitter GmbH. In these roles, I successfully improved the operational efficiency, cost savings, and equipment availability of various infrastructure development projects. I am driven by the desire to achieve excellence in every task, creating a positive impact on clients and stakeholders. I am looking to leverage my technical and project management skills in a challenging and dynamic environment.
