About Randa Snobar

I am a Senior Manager at Integrity, a global consultancy that supports clients in complex and fragile environments. With over 20 years of experience in the development and humanitarian sector, I have successfully delivered and managed projects focused on monitoring and evaluation (MEL), research, education, sports for development, and capacity building across Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Libya. As a project leader, I excel at creating innovative and sustainable solutions that address the needs and challenges of diverse stakeholders and contexts. I have established and maintained strong networks and partnerships with clients, implementing partners, and field teams, ensuring smooth project implementation and the timely delivery of high-quality results. I have also demonstrated my ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively, as well as to coach and mentor my team members, empowering them to take ownership and contribute to project success. Some of my notable achievements include leading the delivery and financial performance of the MEL and Research Support to USAID’s Building Resilient and Inclusive Communities in Conflict (BRICC) Task Order 1, the FCDO Evidence Fund project, and the USAID Syria Humanitarian Monitoring Support Project (SHMP II). I hold a BA in English Language and Translation, and I am fluent in both English and Arabic. I am passionate about learning new skills and expanding my knowledge, as well as socializing and exercising. My mission is to transform challenges into opportunities and to make a positive difference in the world.
