With over 20 years of experience in the creative and design industry, I am a passionate and versatile technical recruiter who specializes in finding and placing talent in creative, engineering, and technology roles. I am currently working with Smith Arnold Partners, a leading recruitment agency that offers customized solutions for clients across various sectors and industries. I am driven by the mission of connecting people with opportunities that match their skills, interests, and goals, and creating lasting relationships between candidates and employers. I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team, as I have a background in illustration, design, and creative direction, and have worked with some of the most recognizable brands in the world. Prior to joining Smith Arnold Partners, I was a talent acquisition strategist at Alume Search Group, a search and recruitment agency with experts in creative, engineering, HR, administrative, and technology, accounting and finance. I leveraged my tenured expertise and industry knowledge to target the right people the right way, and created real results for both clients and candidates. I used my skills in packaging, print, and creative direction to understand the needs and expectations of the creative and engineering roles, and to showcase the value proposition and culture of the organizations I worked with. I also completed multiple certifications in fair and effective interviewing, recruiting foundations, and tech recruiting foundations, to enhance my knowledge and skills in the recruitment field.
