Experienced engineer and project manager with a background of over 20 years in civil engineering, focused primarily in bridge and transportation design.Extensive project management experience includes dozens of INDOT, LPA, and locally funded bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects throughout Indiana totaling over $100 million in construction cost. Specialized in managing bridge projects ranging from small county bridges to large scale multi-million dollar design build type projects. Project management responsibilities include creating fee contracts, establishing procedures to maintain budgets and schedules, supervising staff to complete design and plan development, communicating project details with clients, and mentoring project engineers. Licensed professional engineer in both IL and IN. Engineer of Record for several bridge projects worth over $75 million in construction costs. Graduate of Southern Illinois University Carbondale with BS & MS Degrees in Civil Engineering. Graduate of the Evening MBA program at the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, majoring in finance and operations.
