About Randall Greener

I started my career in the construction industry through an apprenticeship, where I gained hands-on experience and built a strong foundation in plumbing and pipefitting. Over the years, I developed expertise in the trades by working on a wide range of projects that required technical skill, problem-solving, and teamwork on the job site. Wanting to expand my perspective and grow my industry knowledge, I took the opportunity to move into my company’s office and joined the CAD department as a Mechanical Draftsman. This transition has allowed me to strengthen my skills in design, coordination, and project planning, while connecting my field experience with the technical side of construction. My long-term goal is to continue learning, take on greater responsibility, and grow into leadership within the construction industry. I’m passionate about building both my skills and the value I bring to my team, and I’m committed to advancing my career while contributing to the success of future projects.
